Ingredients
- Spinach
- Broccoli
- 1/2 Avocado
- Juice of 1/2 a Lime
- Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
- 1/2 Green Apple in slices
- A few thin slices of Ginger
- Sea Buckthorn juice
How to make the smoothie
- Mix all the ingredients except ice, in the blender first. You can adjust the amounts of each ingredient according to your preferred taste.
- Add some ice and blend well.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your healthy skin smoothie!
