Subscription Policy — Nordic Formula International AS
This Subscription Policy applies to all subscription purchases (Subscribe & Save) made on www.nordicformula.com. It forms part of and supplements our Purchase Terms. Where this policy is silent, the Purchase Terms apply in full.
1. Subscribe & Save
Skincare results come from consistency. Our subscription service makes it effortless to keep your routine going while saving on every order.
- 15% off every subscription order on individual products
- 20% off every subscription order on kits
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout and on every renewal
Most Nordic Formula products and kits are available on subscription.
2. Frequency
For each product, you can choose from the delivery intervals shown on the product page (typically every 1, 2, 3 months). You can change your frequency at any time from your account.
3. Markets and currencies
Subscriptions are available in all markets where Nordic Formula ships. Prices are shown and charged in NOK, EUR, SEK, SGD, or USD depending on your selected store, and include applicable VAT/MVA/GST. As stated in clause 4 of our Purchase Terms, international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. This applies equally to each subscription delivery.
4. Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods for subscriptions:
- Stripe — available to all customers in all markets. Your card is stored securely via Stripe’s PCI-compliant vault.
- Vipps MobilePay — available to customers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. A recurring agreement is set up at first checkout.
5. Payment and dispatch timing
In line with clause 6 of our Purchase Terms, you are debited when the item is sent from the warehouse. This rule applies to every subscription delivery, including the first.
- Stripe: Your card is charged at dispatch.
- Vipps MobilePay: The amount is reserved on the renewal date and captured (debited) at dispatch.
Dispatch typically takes place within 1–2 working days of the renewal date, in line with our standard maximum of 4 working days (clause 7 of the Purchase Terms).
6. Renewal reminders
We send you an email reminder 3 days before each renewal, showing:
- The products in your next delivery
- The total amount, including VAT and shipping
- The renewal date
- A direct link to skip, pause, modify, or cancel
7. Managing your subscription
From your account at nordicformula.com (or via the link in any subscription email), you can:
- Skip the next delivery
- Pause your subscription
- Change frequency
- Swap products
- Add a one-off product to your next delivery
- Update payment method or shipping address
- Cancel your subscription
Changes made at least 24 hours before the renewal date will apply to that delivery. Later changes apply to the following delivery.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancellation is done online through your account.
- If you cancel before the renewal is processed, you will not be charged again.
- If you cancel after the renewal is processed but before dispatch, contact us within 24 hours at info@nordicformula.com. Because we only debit at dispatch, we can usually stop the order and release any payment reservation (Vipps MobilePay) or avoid charging your card (Stripe).
- Once the order has been dispatched, the standard right of withdrawal applies — see clause 9 below and clause 10 of the Purchase Terms.
9. Right of withdrawal (Angrerett)
The 14-day right of withdrawal under clause 10 of our Purchase Terms applies to each individual delivery in your subscription, calculated from the date you receive that delivery. This means you can withdraw from any single delivery without cancelling the entire subscription.
The same conditions apply as for one-time purchases: the product must be returned in original, undamaged, and unused condition. Compensation may be claimed for any reduction in value if the product has been used or examined beyond what is normal and necessary.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in line with clause 10 of the Purchase Terms. It takes 5–10 working days from refund until the money is back on the account used for the purchase.
10. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (e.g. card expired, insufficient funds, Vipps MobilePay agreement expired):
- We will notify you immediately by email.
- We retry automatically after 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours.
- If still unsuccessful, the subscription’s status is set to On-hold and the renewal order is marked “Failed”.
11. Price changes
If we change the price of a product on your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can review, switch products, or cancel with no penalty. Your subscription price is otherwise locked at the rate you signed up at.
12. Stock availability
In the rare event that a product is out of stock at renewal, we will:
- Delay your delivery and your payment until the product is back in stock, or
- Offer a comparable substitute with your approval, or
- Skip the item and release the payment reservation
We will always contact you before making any change. This mirrors clause 3 of our Purchase Terms regarding out-of-stock situations.
13. Personal data
Personal data related to your subscription is processed in accordance with clause 8 of our Purchase Terms and our Privacy Policy, under GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. Payment details are stored securely by Stripe or Vipps MobilePay — Nordic Formula does not see or store your full card number.
14. Complaints and disputes
Complaints follow clause 9 of our Purchase Terms. In the event of any disputes regarding your subscription, nordicformula.com follows the decisions of the Forbrukerklageutvalget (Consumer Dispute Committee). For EU customers, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
