Ingredients
- 1 cup of Hot Water: Hydrates and soothes digestion.
- 1 slice of fresh Lemon: Rich in vitamin C, supports digestion, and helps flush toxins.
- 1-2 slices of fresh Ginger: Reduces inflammation and boosts metabolism.
- 1 teaspoon of Honey: Adds natural sweetness and provides antibacterial properties.
Instructions
- Heat water to a comfortable drinking temperature (too hot can destroy honey’s beneficial properties).
- Add the ginger slices to the water and let them steep for 2–3 minutes.
