Tips before you start
- Make sure to brush your teeth before both morning and night routines. You dont want to brush away any of the fantastic ingredients you are adding to your skin
- You can use the Nightcream as an Eyecream during the day.
Products needed for this programme
To complete the full programme, you would need the following products:
- 1 Daycream Defence Repair
- 1 Nightcream Advanced Repair
- 2 Serum Power Glow
- 1 Gentle Cleansing Foam
- 1 Face Repair Device
- 3 packs of Dark Spot Treatment per pigmentation spot

Night Routines
No-patch Night Routine
- Double-cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam while using the silicon brush on the Face Repair Device
- Once dry, apply 3-4 pumps on Power Glow Serum. Use the infra-red light on the Face Repair Device to help soak the serum inside the skin.
- Apply 3-4 pumps of Nightcream Advanced Repair. Put 1/2 pump extra on the dark spots you wish to treat
Patch-on Night Routine
- Double-cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam while using the silicon brush on the Face Repair Device
- Once dry, apply one patch on each pigmentation spot you wish to treat. Keep them overnight.
- Apply Serum Power Glow on the rest of the face
- Use up to 4 pumps of Nightcream, including around the eyes.
Morning Routines
Week 1 Morning Routine
- Cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam
- Blend 2 pumps of Serum Power Glow with 2 pumps of Daycream Defence Repair. Apply over face avoiding the eye area.
- Use the Nightcream Defence Repair as an eyecream.
Week 2-9 Morning Routine
- Cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam
- Apply 2-3 pumps of Serum Power Glow over the whole face
- Apply 2 pumps of Daycream Defence Repair, avoiding the eye area.
- Use the Nightcream Defence Repair as an eyecream.
