Tips before you start

  • Make sure to brush your teeth before both morning and night routines. You dont want to brush away any of the fantastic ingredients you are adding to your skin
  • You can use the Nightcream as an Eyecream during the day.
  • Use an powdered sunscreen over your makeup during the day. Re-apply every 3 hours.
  • If you are outside without wearing sun protection, turn your back to the sun.

Night Routines

Twice a week (e.g. Sundays and Wednesdays) – Nightcream Soak

  • Double-cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam while using the silicon brush on the Face Repair Device
  • Once dry, apply 3-4 pumps on Power Glow Serum. Use the infra-red light on the Face Repair Device to help you skin soak up the serum. Keep the device 3 seconds on one spot, before moving to the next until you have covered the whole face.
  • Apply 4-5 pumps of Nightcream Advanced Repair. Apply an extra layer of Nightcream around the eyes and above the lip.

Other nights – Standard Night Routine

  • Cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam
  • Apply 2 pumps of Serum Power Glow to the face, neck and décolleté
  • Apply 2-3 pumps of Nightcream, including around the eyes.

Morning Routines

Extra Treat Morning Routine (Sunday morning)

  • Double-Cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam using the silicon brush on the Face Repair Device.
  • Apply Serum Power Glow to your face and neck. Use the infrared light on the Face Repair Device to help your skin absorb all the ingredients.
  • Switch to blue light. Hold the device 3 seconds on 3 spots below the eyes, moving from nose and out.
  • Use the Nightcream Advanced Repair as an eyecream.
  • Apply 2-3 pumps of Daycream Defence Repair to the face, neck and décolleté, avoiding the eye area.

Other days Routine

  • Cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Foam
  • Apply 2-3 pumps of Serum Power Glow to the face, neck and décolleté
  • Apply 2 pumps of Daycream Defence Repair, avoiding the eye area.
  • Use the Nightcream Advanced Repair as an eyecream.
